Connecting UCR Students to the Community
UCR has a campus culture dedicated to service and engagement of the community. The Office of Center for Undergraduate Research and Engaged Learning within Undergraduate Education is working with Student Life and other campus partners to expand and track opportunities for students to get involved in community service, service learning through courses, community academic internships, and community-based research.
Our new Community Service Portal allows UCR student volunteers to easily connect with on and off-campus departments and non-profit organizations for one-off events, group service events and longer-term academic internships and service-learning.
