The UCCS Research showcase facilitated its first virtual research showcase where students discuss the findings of the research projects they have been working on all quarter. Wendy Rincon’s conducted research on the healthcare system and whether their approach to patient care is equitable based on cultural background. Jennifer Ramos conducted research to learn about the distribution of educational resources to high school-age students by county and how it has changed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
