Presentation Schedule & Registration

Our students have worked hard on their research and their presentations. We require all audience members to behave in a respectful and professional manner. For the virtual oral presentations via Zoom, the Moderators will remove any disruptive participants from the Zoom room should it be necessary. To attend a presentation, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Student Presentations List below to find the Track # of the virtual oral presentation and/or search students by name. 
  2. Under Zoom Registration below, locate the Track # and/or the day/time of the student presentation.
  3. Click on the registration link to register via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom confirmation via email. Note: No registration required to attend poster sessions.
  4. When you join the Zoom session, you will be provided a list of track numbers to select the Breakout Room you wish to attend. A Zoom Host will be available to answer questions. 

Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the presenters. See Evaluator Resources.

Student Presentations List

Refer to the tables below to locate student presentations for Emerging Research, Creative Activities, Completed Research, and Poster Presentations. You may use the arrows in each field to sort either numerically or alphabetically, or you can enter a keyword in the search bar located on the top right-hand side of the table. Once you identify the Track # of the student's oral presentation, refer to the Symposium Schedule below to register for the virtual oral presentation.

Find the student presenter and Track # using the Student Presentation List above. To attend a presentation, click on Register. You will receive a Zoom link via email to attend the session.
