Presentation Schedule & Guest Registration

For all guests to attend a student presentation, please follow these steps:

  1. Refer to the spreadsheet below to find the Track # of the virtual oral presentation and/or search students by name using CTRL F (or Command F on MacOS). Note: There are tabs at the bottom for each date.
  2. Register by clicking on the respective registration link for the presenter.
  3. You will receive a Zoom confirmation via email. Note: No registration required for poster sessions.
  4. When you join the Zoom session, you will be provided a list of Breakout Rooms to join. A Zoom Host will be available to answer questions. 

Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the presenters. See Evaluator Resources.

NOTE: Our students have worked hard on their research and their presentations. We require all audience members to behave in a respectful and professional manner. For the virtual oral presentations via Zoom, the Moderators will remove any disruptive participants from the Zoom room should it be necessary.
